First of all...out of the question! No schools will give you full credit for your credits at MSOE. They will give you 2/3 credit if you're lucky. For example, if you took Chem I and Chem II at MSOE during trimesters 1 and 2, It would only give you credit for Chem I at any semester school. You get the same info in chem I at MSOE as you do there, but it's in less time, and the other schools don't think you got as much info. Comments? email us at TheTrueMSOE

A life should be lived, not calculated. For a person to be continually pushed and never given time to relax is an injustice to the human spirit. There exist those who feel that if they are constantly pushing themselves, they will push to sucess. They may push to financial sucess or sucess of status, but have they suceeded as a person? We must grow as people and to do so we must not only learn to calculate and regurgitate information, but me must learn to FEEL and LOVE, and consider LIFE itself. We must gain an acceptance with the nature that surrounds us, and culture ourselves in the art of humanity through history, books, theatre, and true art. Only then can we make a true contribution to society. Human calculators become repressed, over stressed students and although they may earn a degree, how are they a better person because of it? The answers are not here; we must continually strive for a BALANCE of the sciences and the humanities, to allow the human spirit to run free. - Ed.
